Are You Happy?

This during my time with God I read the following verse:
Happy are the people whose God is the Lord
Psalm 144:15 NCV

I couldn't help but sense God asking me, "Are you happy?" If not, why not. So often in life we go after stuff, people, money, status, homes, jobs, substances, etc all in the pursuit of happiness. We lift these things above God and in doing so, make them a god in our life. We wonder why they never satisfy and we search for happiness in something else - just maybe a little bit more will satisfy. God clearly says, you and I will be happy when He is first in our lives.

So, what is first in you life? What is more important than God. God wants our undivided attention. He knows we are created to worship him. Will you commit to worship God and God alone? Let's follow God's way and I know we will wear a smile on our face.
