Toque Tuesday in support of the Homeless
The Mayor and Council’s Chili Cook-Off is an event created to bring awareness to the issue of homelessness. The first Tuesday of every February each year is nationally dedicated to the homelessness issue. In Niagara Falls, proceeds generated through the Cook-Off and Raising the Roof toque sales will go towards Project SHARE’s efforts to combat homelessness. Emergency agencies all across Canada are also participating on Toque Tuesday by hosting events in their own communities. Show your support for solutions to homelessness by purchasing a Raising the Roof toque and wearing it proudly. For more information on Raising the Roof, please visit www.raisingtheroof.org.
Help us promote this great event in advance.
