Great Day!

Today was over the top... the people at the Falls are the best. Things just went real good...thought I connected with the people...talked about debt and how we need to run from it. Next week a little bit of practical advice about dealing with debt and finances.

Today after church we stopped by the grocery store for a few things. I got my eyes on some chocolate chip banana muffins. That was until my wife pointed out the calories and said, you will need to get on the Cross Trainer for a half hour just to burn off the calories in one of those muffins. Man, I turned around and ran from those things. That's crazy...no muffin is worth it.

This afternoon I've been surfing the net...is that still the in term to use:-) I'm watching the Colts and Rams...I think the Rams are going to win. Kinda sad...the coach of the Colts is a great man. The Colts are the defending Super Bowl Champs. Colts have the ball and are down by 4 points with 1 minute to go. They are done,
